Who else is racing
Open a biotech stock page and you’ll see catalysts, PDUFA dates, a pipeline timeline. Everything except the question that actually decides the trade: who else is racing in the same lane?
Take Cabaletta Bio (CABA). Their lead asset, rese-cel, targets a basket of autoimmune diseases - myositis, lupus, scleroderma. Each is its own race with its own competitive set. “When’s the next readout?” doesn’t matter much if seven other companies are already in Phase 3 for the same indication.
Biostock just shipped a feature that surfaces this in one click.
The “vs N” badge
Every drug row now shows a small badge: vs 27. That’s the count of other companies’ drugs racing in the same disease space (these are the companies already indexed in Biostock’s knowledge base)
Click it and a panel expands listing every indication for that drug, which in turn expands to reveal information on every peer - ticker, drug name, phase, next catalyst date, and stance (ahead of that ticker, in the same phase, behind, or out via rejection).
What it doesn’t do
It surfaces only what companies have publicly disclosed in filings and trial registries. Stealth programs don’t show up. And it doesn’t tell you who’ll win - Ph 1 with the right mechanism beats Ph 3 with the wrong target. Use it as input to your thesis, not the thesis itself.

That's hot! Great idea!
